Cancellation Policy

Reservation and Payment: Boat slip rentals are available on a nightly basis. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please call us directly. A 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation will not be eligible for a refund. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time for boat slips is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please ensure your boat is removed from the slip by check-out time to avoid additional charges. Usage and Conduct: The boat slip is to be used for docking your boat only. Please respect the property and other guests by adhering to our noise policies and ensuring your boat and equipment are safely secured. Liability: The Vista at the Lake is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of personal property while using the boat slip. Guests are encouraged to secure their belongings and have appropriate insurance coverage. By renting a boat slip, you agree to adhere to these policies.
